l'uccello new deliveries just in time for the Craft and Quilt Fair

It has been a busy time at l'uccello. 

We have been setting up for the Craft and Quilt Fair  and as you can see from the image of our stall EZ06 below it is crammed full of goodies so please come and visit!

We have also been unpacking a new batch of vintage sack cloths, if you have been waiting for these beauties don't delay as our stock is limited. They are available in store and at the Fair.

It has also been a labour of love packing our divine vintage sequins into sweet little bottles. These sequins and tiny beads come in so many lovely designs and colours and the vintage tags have  delighted us....

And just to add a little more charm to our days we have been unpacking the most beautiful flowers and vintage stamens as well as new fabrics by Liberty of London and Mas d' Ouvan.

l'uccello's hours in the lead up up to Christmas are

Monday to Saturday 10am-5.30pm

Sunday 12pm-5pm

Christmas Eve 10am-3pm

Stylish Ladies Handkerchiefs

Handkerchiefs are an accessory of dress both beautiful and useful. 

Brand new this week at l'uccello are a gorgeous selection of handkerchiefs. The first two pictures are a selection made from liberty 100% cotton fabrics with a traditional hemstitch finish. Such a lovely variety of patterns and colours are available.

Also, from Italy are a fun collection of handkerchiefs by Armando Caruso, featuring kitty cats, stylish vespa riding ladies and beautiful blooms. 

These gorgeous handkerchiefs are just perfect for dabbing away tears of joy! 

New Liberty Bias Bindings

Gorgeous new stock of Liberty Bias Bindings are now available at l'uccello.

We have them in 25mm widths and some in the new 15mm width.

Great for dressmaking applications, sleeves yolks and cuffs.
